How does your Sub-Dealer Program work?
A Sub Dealer is a company which we (as a Master Dealer) authorize to sell products and services under the MobileWare umbrella. For wireless carriers, the prospective Sub Dealer may also need the carrier's approval. In addition to our own direct customer sales team, we have over 100 Sub Dealers who provide various services and have various specialties. This gives us greater geographic reach and allows us to tap the expertise of some very creative people. By the way, being a MobileWare Sub Dealer can be very financially rewarding!
What support do you provide to your Sub-Dealers?
Our Sub Dealers sell services under the Master Contracts we've negotiated. We provide all of the revenue management and commission payment. We also provide a comprehensive set of support tools and a dedicated web site for order management. Obviously, if you need some help to close a deal we'll do whatever we can.
