Assistant Technology Service Manager

MobileWare is a Business-to-Business mobility and cloud solutions provider and a master dealer for all four major US carriers. We need a high energy Team Leader to join our fast-growing company. This individual will lead our business as an Assistant Manager in our Technology Service division, as well as uphold the mission of our company.

  • Manage the office and staff proficiently and effectively
  • Be a self-driven go-getter who achieves amazing results with minimal supervision
  • Manage and process phone activations, including excellent customer service and follow up
  • Prepare and speak to required reports as needed

To be qualified:

  • Wireless order activation experience, AT&T Phoenix order system preferred
  • 2 years management experience
  • 2 years customer service experience, preferably in B2B relationships
  • Computer literacy including proficiency in Office Suite and mastery of Excel
  • Effective communication, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.

CSR Representative

Are you a customer service wizard?  Do you take a consultative approach with all clients?  Is wireless technology and activations your forte?  Then we are looking for you.

MobileWare is a Business-to-Business mobility and cloud solutions provider and a master dealer for all four major US carriers. We need a high energy team member to join our fast-growing company. This individual will work with client IT departments and network carriers, examining technical challenges and performing basic troubleshooting.

What we expect from you:

  • Respond to phone calls based on efficiency metrics
  • Maintain personal ownership of calls from start to resolution
  • Complete and manage submitted tickets in a timely manner
  • Contribute positively to company goals by meeting and exceeding department timelines

MobileWare is a Business-to-Business mobility and cloud solutions provider and a master dealer for all four major US carriers. We need a high energy, Type A go-getter to join our fast-growing team. This individual will lead our business by bringing in new relationships and sales.

What we expect from you:

  • Build and maintain relationships with businesses who need mobile solutions
  • Develop and manage a sales funnel to meet specific sales targets
  • Cold call prospects to set up meetings and secure new agreements
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure availability
  • Achieve 100 activation’s per month

What you can expect from the job:

  • Potential to earn +$90k when hitting your numbers (base + commission)

To be qualified:

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales performance standards
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with wireless sales
